2008 Texas Mushroom Festival - Vendor Information

Vendors, we invite you to reserve a booth at this year’s festival. Download Application.
Please note that there are some restrictions listed on the application form.
- Booth rental is $60.00 for a 10ft. X 10ft. space.
- Electricity and water, if needed, are $10 each, and are added to the cost of each booth space.
- You must provide all booth materials (tables, chairs, canopy, etc.)
- All booths will be outside.
- If you are a food vendor, you must have either a State of Texas or a Madison County Temporary Food Establishment Permit ($52 payable to Madison County).
- The festival will be held across the street from the historic Woodbine Hotel, on the Court-house Square, and on streets surrounding the downtown district.
- The festival begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.
We are a small town with friendly folks, and we love to welcome visitors to our area during this exciting annual event. So make your plans to come to Madisonville, The Mushroom Capital of Texas, in October, 2008. If you are new to the Texas Mushroom Festival and the Madisonville area, we look forward to meeting you; and if you are coming back, we are delighted and look forward to your return with great anticipation!
