The Baby Bella Contest at
The Texas Mushroom Festival

RULES & REGULATIONS
- Contestants must be 6 to 36 months of age at the time of entry.
- Photographs must be in color and a full 8" x 10", unmounted, unframed, and include the entire face of the baby.
- The reverse side of the photograph must include the baby's full name as registered on application.
- No makeup permitted, no re-touching of the photo, and no professional photography.
- Judges may refuse any photograph that is not in good taste.
- Parent/Guardian signature on application gives the Texas Mushroom Festival permission to use this photo for publicity purposes in all media if it so desires.
- Winners' guardians will be notified a few days before the event. Photos and "Certificate of Appreciation" may be picked up on Saturday, October 20 after 4 pm.
- One entry per child, per category.
AWARDS - (each category)
- 1st Place Ribbon, gift certificate, and featured spot in The Madisonville Meteor (value $100)
- 2nd Place Ribbon, gift certificate (value $75)
Categories: "Silly Smiles" and "Sweet Eyes".
DEADLINE: submitted no later than October 12, 2007 (post marked or delivered)
