RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Show is open to all makes and models of vehicles.
  2. One form per entry. Multiple entries per owner are permitted.
  3. All entries will showcase their auto on the festival grounds on Oct 17 from 10 am to 4 pm (may arrive on site as early as 6 am and stay the duration.)
  4. Entries will receive a packet with a ballot and complete instructions upon arrival.
  5. Space is limited to the first 50 entries.

PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 9, 2009 - ENTRY FEE - $20.00
INCLUDES ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY TICKET TO THE TEXAS MUSHROOM FESTIVAL WINE TASTING AND COOKING DEMONSTRATION SITE

ON-SITE REGISTRATION: ENTRY FEE - $25.00 (Car entry only)

 

AWARDS

  1. The top five (5) People's Choice Award winners (chosen by ballot during the festival) will receive a trophy, gift certificate, and have a featured spot in the Madisonville Meteor (value $75).
  2. Each owner will receive one (1) complimentary ticket to the Texas Mushroom Festival wine tasting and cooking demonstration site.
  3. Awards will be presented October 17 after 4 pm.
